Returns and Refunds
Most Mirage pieces are handcrafted to order. This page explains when a return or refund is possible and how to ask for one.
1. Made-to-order furniture
Because each piece is made for you, we cannot accept returns of made-to-order or customised items unless they are faulty or are not what you ordered.
2. When a return can be considered
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is not what you ordered.
- The item has a fault covered by our warranty.
- Standard stock items, if we sell any, that are unused and in their original condition.
3. Time limits
Please tell us in writing as soon as possible after delivery if an item is damaged or incorrect.
4. How to ask for a return
- Contact us in writing.
- Give your name, invoice or order number and the reason for the return.
- For damage or faults, attach clear photographs.
- We will tell you whether the return is approved and how to proceed.
5. Inspection
Returned goods are inspected on arrival. A refund or replacement is arranged once we have confirmed the item and the reason for the return.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are paid by EFT to the bank account you give us, after approval. Payment-processing fees, if any, and delivery charges may not be refundable.
7. Return costs
The cost of returning an item is yours unless it arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we will cover it.
8. Your legal rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
9. Questions
